Details
Our practice will begin promptly at 6:30pm with a grounding meditation that leads into light breathwork before moving into warm ups and asana. The movement practice will connect us with the paint and canvas to help create a one of a kind piece. Bring/wear clothes that you're okay with not looking the same. 1 mocktail is included in the price and additional will be available for purchase. Create a piece with your inner peace. Take it home and ground yourself in love.
