We’re serving a vibrant three-course set menu featuring the bold, aromatic flavors of Vân Vân Spices. Set Menu – $60 per guest: Appetizer: Okra with fermented tofu; Main Course: Mì Quảng – Central Vietnamese turmeric noodles with chicken, shrimp, and quail eggs; Dessert: Purple sticky rice with pandan custard cream.
